The world needs jobs.

The Gazelle Goal aims to create them.

What is the Gazelle Goal?

A Gazelle Business is one that grows at least 20% per year for at least 3 consecutive years.

According to Inc. Magazine, there are 1000 Gazelle Businesses in the U.S., and another 4000 on their way to becoming Gazelle Businesses.

Our goal – The Gazelle Goal – is to support job creation by teaching small businesses how to become Gazelles in the next three years.

  • Instead of the majority of small businesses failing in their first three years, we want to see the majority of them survive, thrive, and grow.
  • Instead of job creation languishing far below the levels needed to restore the economy to health, we want to see new jobs springing from healthy small businesses.
  • Instead of the threat of a double-dip recession, we want to see the natural innovation and creativity of small business spark an energetic recovery.

The Gazelle Project

Creating jobs on the scale that the American economy requires right now is far beyond what we could ever accomplish alone. Getting from here to there is going to require many hands and voices. The Gazelle Goal is about engaging as many people as possible in that effort. We want to share what we know and what we learn with anyone who could benefit.
